Every restaurant already produces the numbers it needs: checks, receipts, hours, counts. The failure is that they live in seven places. We start by putting them on one record.

An assistant that says "labor is high" is a dashboard. One that says which shift, which location, and which time-clock entries is a colleague. Ours shows its work.

We are focused on F&B until the platform runs a franchise group end to end. The model we are building, one ledger under operational data with an assistant on top, will travel to other industries when it is ready.
