What Cirevo is, in plain terms.

What is Cirevo?
Cirevo is an AI company. Cirevo for F&B is its first product: a restaurant intelligence platform that connects operations to the ledger.
What does it replace?
Not your POS. It connects Oracle Simphony, Square, Shopify, Talabat and Deliveroo, then runs procurement, inventory, labor, menu, reservations, kitchen display and finance on one record.
Who is it for?
Single restaurants and franchise groups that need sales, food cost and labor to agree without reconciling seven systems.
How is it priced?
Custom pricing per location and module. Unlimited users. Company Brain AI included. Implementation in weeks, with a parallel close.
The problem

Your restaurant runs on seven systems that don't talk to each other.

  • 01POSSales in one export
  • 02AccountingRe-keyed a week later
  • 03ProcurementInvoices in a drawer
  • 04InventoryCounted on paper
  • 05PayrollHours in a spreadsheet
  • 06ReservationsGuests in another app
  • 07KitchenTickets nobody measures

Sales live in the POS. Costs live in accounting. Stock lives in a spreadsheet. Labor lives in a payroll tool. None of them agree, and by the time finance reconciles them, the month is over.

Multi-location operators feel it most. Every site closes differently, food cost is a guess until the count, and nobody can say which location is over on labor until payroll runs. The data exists. It just isn't connected.

How it works

Every dish you serve writes its own financial record.

No imports. No exports. No "let me check with finance."

  1. 01 · Supplier

    A delivery arrives.

Goods are received against the purchase order. Prices, pack sizes and quantities are checked once, at the door.

    PO 2041 · 18 lines received
  2. 02 · Inventory

    Stock updates itself.

On-hand rises in the right storage area. Recipe costs recalculate from the price you just paid, not last quarter's.

Chicken thigh · 42.0 kg on hand
  3. 03 · Order

    A guest orders.

The check lands from Simphony, Square, Shopify or a delivery app with tenders, tax, discounts and tips attached.

    Check 118 · 2 × Chicken Shawarma
  4. 04 · Kitchen

    The pass fires.

Tickets route to the station. Each bump is a timestamp. Recipes deplete stock as plates leave the kitchen.

    Grill · 6:42 ticket time
  5. 05 · Ledger

    The day closes.

Sales, cost of goods and labor meet in a journal entry a person approves. The flash P&L is ready before the morning shift.

01 ERP & Finance General ledger, journals, close

Every sale, purchase and payroll run posts to a journal a person approves. Balances stay current by organization, location and cost center.

Which location was over on labor last week?
Cirevo
Marina Walk ran labor at 34.1% of sales against a 30% target. Friday and Saturday dinner shifts were scheduled for 11 staff; sales supported 8. The other three locations were within 1 point of target. Sources: Time clock · Schedules · Sales sync (Simphony) · Week 38
Operations director
Why did food cost move at Marina Walk?
Cirevo
Food cost rose from 29.4% to 31.8%. Two causes: chicken thigh increased 12% at your supplier on the 16th, affecting 6 menu items, and the Tuesday count showed 4.2 kg variance against theoretical. Flash P&L

Know your profit tonight, not next month.

Sales, cost of goods and labor meet in a daily flash P&L per location. Prime cost is a number you check in the morning, not a report you wait for.

  • Daily and month-to-date, per location and consolidated
  • Cost of goods from recipe depletion and goods receipts
  • Labor from approved hours and payroll rates

Who it's for

The operating system your restaurant has been missing.

  • 01

    Independent restaurants

Start with one restaurant on a model built for many. When you open the second site, you add a location, not a new system.

  • 02

    Multi-branch groups

Three to thirty sites, one finance team. Cirevo gives every location the same close, the same food cost method and the same labor target, and rolls them up without a spreadsheet.

  • 03

    Franchise operators

Brand-wide menus with local overrides, royalties calculated from actual sales, and consolidated reporting across franchisees who keep their own ledgers.

Why Cirevo

Every purchase. Every plate. Every margin. In one place.

  • 01

Built for F&B, not adapted to it

Recipes, modifiers, covers, prime cost and daily closes are first-class objects, not custom fields bolted onto a generic ERP.

  • 02

    Per-location pricing, unlimited users

You pay for the sites you run and the modules you use. Staff can be added without a new seat for every login.

  • 03

    One implementation

Chart of accounts, locations, menu and sales sources, then a parallel close. You switch over when the numbers agree, not after a year of phases.

  • 04

    Multi-country from the model

Per-location tax, currency and chart of accounts. A group that runs two countries still reports on one organization.

Pricing

Simple pricing. Per location. Unlimited users.

Every group is different. We price by location and by module, with implementation scoped to your chart of accounts, sales sources and menu. Tell us about your group and we will send a quote.

FAQ

Questions operators ask us.

What is Cirevo?

Cirevo is an AI company. Cirevo for F&B is its first product: an F&B intelligence platform for restaurants and franchise groups that connects ERP, Procurement, POS data, HR, Menu, Reservations and Kitchen Display into one record from supplier to P&L.

Who is Cirevo for?

Single-location restaurants and multi-location or franchise groups that need sales, cost of goods and labor to agree without reconciling seven systems. The same organization, location and cost-center model scales from one site to thirty.

Is Cirevo a POS?

Not yet. Cirevo connects to the POS and ordering systems you already run, including Oracle Simphony, Square, Shopify, Talabat and Deliveroo, and turns their sales into inventory depletion, labor comparison and ledger entries. Everything after the sale is Cirevo.

What modules does Cirevo include?

Seven modules: ERP & Finance, Procurement & Inventory, POS Data & Sales Sync, People & Payroll, Menu & Recipes, Reservations & Guests, and Kitchen Display. You can start with a subset; every module still posts to the same ledger.

How much does Cirevo cost?

Pricing is custom per location and per module, with unlimited users per location. The Company Brain AI assistant is included. Tell us about your group at contact@cirevo.ai or https://cirevo.ai/contact.html for a quote.

How long does implementation take?

In weeks, not months. We start with your chart of accounts, locations, menu and suppliers, connect your sales sources, and run a parallel close before switching over.

Can I use only some modules?

Yes. Most groups start with finance, procurement and sales sync, then add people, menu, reservations and kitchen display as they go. Every module posts to the same ledger and reports.

Does it work for a single location?

Yes. Cirevo runs one restaurant or a franchise group. The organization, location and cost-center model is the same either way, so you do not migrate when you open your second site.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

It answers questions about your own data: which location is over on labor, which supplier raised prices, why food cost moved. Every answer cites the records it used. It can draft entries and orders, but a person approves anything that changes the books.

How is my data protected?

Each organization's data is isolated. Access is role-based by location and module, every change is logged, and you can export your data at any time.
